Operating the intersection of robotics, lab operations, and R&D execution. Leading 24/7 validation environments, field deployment support, and technical teams in high-risk enviroments.

About

Engineering operations leader with 9+ years of experience managing complex R&D environments in the space and robotics industries. I specialize in coordinating interdisciplinary teams, operating high-availability laboratories, and delivering experimental programs that combine hardware, software, and system integration.

I currently manage 24/7 robotics testing laboratories supporting AI-powered warehouse robots. My background also includes large-scale rocket propulsion testing, safety-critical laboratory leadership, and technical program delivery across research and industrial contexts.

I am most effective where operations, engineering judgment, and team leadership need to work together under pressure.
